Refund Policy

Refunds:

You may return your item within 60 days after receiving your product! We understand, life gets messy! If you loose your original receipt, bag or tag - we got you. Just send us your well kept items back in whatever you can find laying around and we will gladly accept it back and fully reimburse you if you don’t absolutely love what you bought.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspaper or magazines cannot be returned.

We do not accept products back that are intimates or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gasses.

Additional non-refundable items : Downloadable digital products like wall art, apps, courses, gift cards etc.

*Any and all supplement bottles must have the original seal intact in order to be returned.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, this would include...

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange items:

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receiving.

Shipping:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
